TMHP IAMOnline Transition Effective August 3, 2026

TMHP IAMOnline is now the new entry point for accessing select applications on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website. Texas Medicaid providers must establish a TMHP IAMOnline account to manage services, access resources, and perform TMHP-related tasks

Applications Transitioning to TMHP IAMOnline

Effective August 3, 2026, the following applications will be accessed through TMHP IAMOnline:

  • Medicaid Client Portal (MCP)
  • Document Uploads
  • Provider Message Dashboard
  • My Account

Custom Reports Application

The Custom Reports online portal will not transition to TMHP IAMOnline as part of Release 3 on August 3, 2026. Providers will be notified when the Custom Reports application is scheduled to transition.

Action Required

Providers should:

  • Create or activate their TMHP IAMOnline account.
  • Review the updated training materials available in the LMS.
  • Ensure all staff members who access TMHP applications are prepared for the new login process prior to August 3, 2026.

Effective January 1, 2026, Code D9248 (Non-IV Conscious Sedation) will be discontinued and will no longer be recognized as a valid payable code. Please refer to the notification tab for additional information.
