REMINDER: Providers please check your re-enrollment dates with TMHP!
HHSC has implemented provider enrollment revalidation flexibilities and requiring all Medicaid and CHIP payers to support these flexibilities. HHSC is taking action to extend revalidation due dates, reduce or eliminate enrollment gaps, and require payers to support claims reprocessing efforts. For UnitedHealthcare Dental claim denials impacted by the Medicaid reenrollment delays, please:

Prior Authorization Assistance
Providers may contact the Provider Hotline at 1-800-527-1764 with requests for assistance with the prior authorization process. Members may contact the Member Hotline at 1-877-901-7321 TTY 7-1-1 to inquire about the status of prior authorization requests and for assistance understanding the prior authorization process. Our standard Hotline Hours of Operation is 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
