►   ▼   How do I sign up for electronic payments?

Electronic payments and statements are a great way for your practice to receive payments faster, with easier reconciliation, less paperwork and much greater efficiency.
To register for electronic payments and statements:

  1. Visit UHCdental.epayment.center/register and follow the instructions to obtain a registration code
  2. Your registration will be reviewed by a customer service representative and a link will be sent to your email once confirmed
  3. Follow the link to complete your registration and setup your account
  4. Log into the portal
  5. Enter your bank account information
  6. Select remittance data delivery options
  7. Review and accept ACH Agreement
  8. Click “Submit”
  9. Upon completion of the registration process, your bank account will undergo a pre-notification process to validate the account prior to commencing the electronic fund transfer delivery. This process may take up to 6 business days to complete

You may see a variety of names on a member's card. Our dental provider network is most popularly known as Dental Benefit Providers (DBP).However, at times, you could see the following brands being used in conjunction with the DBP logo. The brands include, but are not limited to:

  • National Pacific Dental
  • Nevada Pacific Dental

  • GoldenRule
  • AARP Medicare Complete

We also have a variety of private label plans that will not show the UnitedHealthcare logo. Please refer to the member's card for contact information for those particular members.
